Holiday / Christmas Yarny Special - Tree/ Mantle Ornament / gift box

Looking for a gift for yourself or a crafty friend? Does one of you have a Yarn shaped hole on/under your tree?

This will be a limited edition Geeky Holiday Yarn :D

This is the perfect gift, you have the option of a mystery skein of yarn in a base/weight of your choosing, 

• 1x 100g [will be packaged in a gift box with an extra]
• 1x 50g [in a box or bauble with an extra]
• 3x 20g [each in individual baubles, in one postal box] only available in either companion 4ply/librarian sock or hardy dk

Pick your base yarn from the list and leave special instructions if you would like to incude a gift message. These will be posted out ready packed so you can have it for your tree or gift the present as is.

(please note the yarn label will be hidden in the package, So it will be a clear ornament with festive tissue paper visible around the wrapped gifts. or packaged in a festive gift box with ribbon )

Third Vault Yarns Companion base is a squishy soft merino yarn that knits like a dream. Companion is named in tribute to all the companions throughout the galaxy, travelling in time and space, through the black, respectable and otherwise! One skein works for a lovely shawl or a large pair of socks. More than one skein would make a lovely garment.

Kaguya 4ply is a lovely drapey bamboo yarn, that contains no wool. It is ideal for garments and accessories.

Selkie 4ply

• 50% Superwash Merino 50% Silk

Selkie is inspired by the seal people of myth and folklore, and the hypnotic dancers who eventually got their seal skins returned in Lost Girl. This beautiful yarn, is soft and silky with a lovely sheen, great handle and drape. This luxurious yarn can be used for next to the skin garments and items, or any outer items for added wow.

Caroline Dk

100% Superwash Merino

• Each skein weighs 115g and is 230 meters
• Approximately 5 ½ stitches per inch on 4mm needles
• Hand dyed with colour-fast acid dyes

Caroline is our newest Dk base replacing a much loved Echo Dk, this yarn is Extra springy and still has lots of squish. Gives great stitch definition and is still a heavy hitter versatile yarn just like Echo.

Selkie Dk

Space is a gorgeously springy 3 plied Aran weight yarn which is ideal for winter jumpers, hats and cowl knitting. Space is named with it's sister yarn of the same weight but different base, Time because with Sci Fi and Fantasy all of space and time is open to you!

There may be some variation from skein to skein, even within the same dyelot. For best results, alternate skeins every few rows in projects using several skeins.
• This skein is machine washable, though to preserve colour and texture in your garments, gentle hand washing is recommended.
• All skeins undergo a 4-5 step washing process but some colours are prone to a small amount of bleeding in their first or second wash, due to .his we recommend washing in cold water with a gentle detergent or wool wash
